"After a long day of traveling, following a foot injury that crushed my toe and removed my entire big toenail, my foot was throbbing when I arrived to the hotel. I elevated my foot on a lobby chair as I waited for my luggage to be brought in, I was scolded for having my injured foot on a chair. A chair that was already covered in stains. Room was ok, bathroom was dirty. While my injury is not their problem, I wish the receptionist had a little more grace."

"I arrived at the hotel after departing a cruise to drop off mg luggage around 9:30 am. Amazing, a young woman, helped me. She said I could check in between 2:30 or 3:00. I returned about 2:00 as I was extremely exhausted and needed to check in. I am 77 years old and it was very hot in Nice. She brushed me off. At 2:30 pm I tried again and she would not give me a room. I paid a premium price. Meanwhile, a man came in, was given his stored luggage, and she checked him in with every courtesy....
