"it’s a nice location, but there’s a lot of construction going on not only in the surrounding landscape but also inside the hotel. There’s a resort fee being charged every day and it’s really just a simple pool. Nothing fancy I wouldn’t say it’s really a resort. A resort really does have quite a few other amenities. "Very strong mildew smell in the room. Comfortable bed, but awkward room layout. Very convenient location, but mildew smell was very bothersome."

"Staff did not like children and charged us $30 per kid. No place in the website to enter my kids into the guest list. My kids were well behaved and the surprise fees plus extra taxes really hurt our budgets "

"Ocean view, bottled-cold drinking water and breakfast are the best things about the B&B. But the room we had is a little too small for two people and the room has no air conditioning and it was hot to sleep until later night."

"We enjoyed our stay here so much. The lodge is very close to valcano park, the food at the hotel is exceptional, plus the staff are very accommodating. It was a great stay!"

"I liked the atmosphere of the place. Very close to the Boys and Girls( my grandson played baseball there).
The only thing I didn’t like was parking reverse in. Other than that perfect! Even the roosters and koki frogs didn’t bother me!"
