"I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I've stayed in for so many reasons. The staff are exceptional the room is modern, large and extremely comfortable. I have stayed here a few times now and would never look at another hotel in Dhaka."

"I book and pay for the AC room but they give me non AC room! In this room, no basin and is a trouble to brush teeth or wash face. And the toilet, the bed all dirty! The staff is good and they wait me until midnight when i check in. But the boss ask me to cancel this room and pay cash to him? He think that i am stupid that Expedia charge me on my credit card already!"
