"Staff was great and the hostel overall is really nice they were accommodating when it came to storing my insulin in the fridge and keeping my ice packs in the freezer. I will say some of the area seems a bit sketch (I saw a guy get jumped) and it’s a bit out of the way from the central part of the city"

"Great people, great amenities, easy to get to/from by Amsterdam Centraal station. Beds were comfortable, no privacy curtains but didn’t mind. In room shower was a little cramped but reasonable all things considered. Would stay again!"

"I stayed in a deluxe king room , and it felt very much like a hotel. It was clean, the facilities were clean. It’s right next to a beautiful park. Not very close to the city centre, but taking the tram was fairly easy & it’s close by. The only negatives : check in was at 2pm, and my room wasn’t ready until almost 6pm. Also, if there was daily housekeeping , it was not very apparent they were there. "

"Although this hotel is outside the city, we appreciated the quietness. It does take about 40 minutes to get into the city but the bus stop is close atleast and passes quite often. "

"Cheap hotel with train and metro stations 30 second walk away. Rooms are clearly just wiped down, sheets changed and hoovered but still very dusty with floor ‘seasoning’ still visible. Only one very flat pillow for each bed. Otherwise, convenient hotel if you’re not a princess requiring home comforts. "

"Wow this is easily the best hostel I've stayed in on my trip (one month+!). Staff were lovely, showers were brilliant, air con in the rooms!! and breakfast included. Also brilliant location, backs onto the cute canals and close to lots of restaurants and coffeeshops ;) "

"One particular staff (mexican guy, sorry I forgot your name) was super friendly and always eager to help. The others were not that bothered to be friendly or help. Unfortunately there was a mistake on their part with the laundry booking and the hotel did not do anything to accommodate and we had to leave the hotel without sorting it out."

"Hotel room was so tiny that it was impossible to walk around the bed. The size of the room was not evident from the description and picture. Despite size of room, everything else was adequate. Would not stay in this hotel again. "
