"Honestly a very nice place for the price, very pleased. Two issues though that kept it from getting a 5 star, I was still sleeping when room service tried to come, and left, which is fine, but they never came back, which I found weird. Every other hotel I’ve been to and they usually come back later in the day, and I needed more fresh towels. The other issue was the pillows, they were cheaper, made of what I think was feather pillows, very thin, not much padding, if they had been high quality...

"Convenient location with quick access to multiple freeways making it easy to navigate your way around the Twin Cities. There is no breakfast sitting area and all breakfast and coffee was empty by 8:30 and not replenished thereafter. There is laundry facilities but no detergent sold on-site. There is a shopping center right down the road and plenty of places to eat so you don't have to travel far for either."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Most of the hotel was clean and breakfast had a decent selection. Pool area is dirty with build up of grime all around. It’s a nice pool area for families with little kids, I just wish more effort was put towards cleaning it. "
