"The hotel's website states that it has a gym... but that is not true. It mentions breakfast, yet on one of the days of my stay, the breakfast never arrived. They offer 24-hour coffee, but that is also untrue. And the breakfast is very poor in options."

"On arrival we had to wait 15 minutes while the desk clerk assisted another patron. While we waited while another desk clerk was busy doing something on her computer. They both finished and greeted us at the same time. We were helped by the clerk who had been doing something at her computer. She informed us that there was a $6 fee for parking that was not disclosed when we booked the room. When we got to our room we saw there was no coffee maker. We called the desk and were told that they provided 24/7 coffee in the lobby. I asked specifically if there would be coffee in the lobby at 3:30am which was our planned checkout time and was assured coffee is provided 24/7. So at checkout there was no coffee and the clerk on duty said it was being made and wouldn’t be ready until 4am. Then after leaving for dinner we arrived back at the hotel to discover there was a plumbing problem that affected water delivery to the entire hotel. We couldn’t flush the toilet or shower before going to bed. I called the desk and they said that it would be fixed in an hour. After 2 hours I called again and was told they were still working on the problem and if I wanted a refund I could check out. Now It’s 8:30 at night and we were leaving at 3:30 am so changing hotels was not a viable option. Needless to say I lost a lot of sleep over this and got no coffee in the morning. I will never stay at any other Hilton property as long as I live!!!! They made promises that went unfulfilled."

"Very clean room. There was a smell when we arrived in our room. I think it may have been the air condition. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The lady who was over the breakfast went above and beyond to make sure everyone had what they needed. The breakfast was very good."

"The lobby and the pool/ amenities were wonderful but that's about all I could say about the hotel. I made my reservation on April 17th for my stay on May 8th. They waited until the morning of to tell me that the room i reserved was not available and they had to move me to a smaller room. Their sister properties were full as well. Im not sure why i was not told of this plenty of time in adavnce. It was for my daughter's birthday and we did not have time to change our plans as she had multiple friends arranged to stay. I asked if i could get a refund for the difference in the rooms and they told me they'd have to contact the 3rd party and i was told i wouldnt get the refund from the 3rd party. There were stains on the sheets as well that we noticed as soon as we laid down and our air conditioning did not work (again noticed at 12:30 in the morning) We had trouble opening the sleeper sofa and went to use the phone to call down and it did not work. We went to the front desk to ask if we could get some pointers and the guy at the counter told us"I dont know how to work them i can just move your room" this was at 12:30 in the morning so moving wasn't an option with 5 people. So we asked for extra pillows and blankets for the 3 kids to make a pallet and was given 1 pillow and 1 blanket. The night shift staff was very rude and un-accommodating.
