"Hotel was clean and staff was very helpful. I didn't use any facilities so no comment on facilities. The only negative thing was that Elevator didn't stop at my floor even after pressing the call button multiple times. I could see that it was going up and down but kept on skipping my floor. "The Art Deco Imperial Hotel was all that we had expected when we booked it. Our room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The location was great and made it easy for us to travel around Prague. And the breakfast was delicious with a variety of choices. We would highly recommend the hotel."

"This is a family owned hotel in a great Old Town area of Prague. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Can walk almost everywhere from the hotel. The only criticism I have is you have to use a large key to enter and exit the room. No waving a card."
