"Great location in old town which is shabby-chic area. Yes, there are a lot of outdoor stairs to the suites but it’s a great way to keep up with your exercise! Lisbon itself is full of hills so be aware of this before going :) The staff at Castello are super nice & helpful. We loved our suite - very clean, bed was comfortable, so nice to be able to eat in when you want in the comfort of your pjs ;) Breakfast was included and was plentiful. We felt safe in the neighborhood and things you may see...

There are fresh waters, snacks available in the lobby, rooms are clean, shower is luxurious, spa facilities and hottub. The staff was the best part. Above and beyond customer service. They offer free daily walking tours. I cant say enough about this hotel. We loved our stay and would go back "
