"Lovely hotel with amazing staff who are friendly and helpful. The service was great, the hotel restaurant was delicious. It was hot in London and having an air-conditioned, comfortable oasis was key. Very charming decor."
"Great hotel, would stay again. Bed was lovely but small and bathroom was very clean with nice hot shower. Shame you can’t grab breakfast here.
Only negatives were the room size which was tiny and the windows were only at ceiling height so you couldn’t see out and felt dingy.

"Great location. Plenty of nearby transport links and a nice walk down the canal to get to camden. Parking was useful for us and for the price we paid the service, facilities and breakfast was all of a very good standard.

I suppose one could argue the main dining room is very very slightly off with its interior design, but every single other aspect of this hotel is fantastic. "

"The Melia is great - high attention to detail and service. New large bottle of water in room everyday. Daily turndown service. Great fitness center. And The Level is amazing for breakfast or a snack anytime of day. Staff is friendly, attentive. Also a great location! "
