Checking in was difficult, the people at the front couldn't find my reservation and were skeptical that I actually booked rooms. There were bugs and mosquitoes in my room, and I always woke up with bug bites. While checking out, the front desk said I was good to go. Highly don't recommend their suggested tours. The tour was rushed, unclear and tour guide was super rude and unprofessional towards foreigners. Will never return back!"
