Our room was weigh smaller than the pictures, very tight with 4 of us, there is no room to open our suitcases. AC was dirty and took a couple of hours to cool down the room. It was very uncomfortable, we ended up cancel our stay.

A good Hotel!

Very clean and new, owner answered any questions we had quickly. Limited space if you have lots of luggage but very managable anyway. It was well worth the price!

This hotel is new opened. So the room is so clean. Beds are comfortable. Good location. Very close to China town (10mins walk), Ishikawacho train station(3mins). We took time to check in with tablet. A little bit complicated.(for us..) We’d like to stay here again!

Tiny condominium in Yokohama. The room is furnished with four bunk beds, a small stove, a bathroom, and a very small toilet area. Check-in was done online by email before arrival. The condo is located about five minutes from a JR Station and ten minutes from Chinatown. I stayed for two nights and the only thing I did not like was the small toilet area. It was too small and you could not avoid hitting the toilet folding door when getting up from the toilet seat. Overall, it was an ok stay but I would not book there again if I come back to the area.

It was hard for international to get a hold of virtual check in. Phone number for emergency, but we don't have a way to call. We got locked out, unable to reach an alive person. Messaged via Expedia, no response. finally we were able to figure out the code to get in. Everything was in Japanese.

Normally you have to give only one star, but I gave 5 stars because advantages outweigh disadvantages. Disadvantages: I lived for 3 weeks, 3floor / left (6). Sofa is not only uncomfortable but dangerous. In the middle there is something like wood. Stairs to second bed level: I bumped my foot several times until I got a bleeding wound. Everything else is more than super.

1. I had trouble with direct contact through phone or Email with owner. We sent a picture but it was a struggle. 2. I stayed for 10 days. Getting rid of trash was a small problem. It needs to be emptied at least 1 time every 5 days. Maybe more. Where do I leave it? Where do I get more trash bags? Who do I contact? 3. You have only one washing machine on site. I found 2 laundromats nearby. You could list them in your rule book. It would be very helpful. These are not big problems. They were taken care of. 4. Take a picture of your remotes with a translator and print the picture in your rule book for those of us who do not read Japanese. 5. I was planning on having my granddaughters stay with me. They could not make the trip. If they did it would have been very awkward and uncomfortable for all of us. The toilet and bathroom are very close and open. That's my problem for being so conservative. But I did have two grandsons over to stay the night with me and we all enjoyed it. Boys night out with computer games. No problem. Girls need their privacy. If my 3 granddaughters come next year I'll get them their own room. Girls club. positives: the woodwork tells us that a master craftsman built the bunk beds and floors. It is very well built and very exact. Amazing job. The room is not just clean, it is a very unique piece of work. Like an artist built it.

チェックインの際にタブレットで、テレビ電話で、こちらだけでなく、オーナーさんも顔を出されて、誰だかわからないということがなく、その方法が斬新でかつ安心でした。 ただ部屋のロック解除番号の点だけ、改善して欲しいと思いました。 チェックイン確認の最後に、部屋のロック解除の番号を表示しますとのことでしたが、一瞬でした。自分は見逃し、幸い同行者が３人いて一人が覚えたので良かったですが、もう少し表示時間を設けた方が良いのでは？と思いました。あと、そのロック解除番号は翌朝、三階の喫煙所に行って帰ってくると、日が変わって番号が変わってるのか入れず、これも同行者が部屋にいたので開けてもらうことができ、事なきを得ました。 総合的には綺麗にされており、駅も近いのでいいと思いました。
