The check in was easy and the room size is good for Japanese hotel. It's a little older, but with modern equipment. Unfortunately, there was no WiFi, at 9pm at night, I was too lazy to try their limited mobile hotspots.

夏休みに妻と2泊で利用しました。 部屋が広くて快適でした。ホテルは毎日の清掃は入らず、4泊以上すると清掃が入るそうです。 タオルは廊下に出しておくと新しいタオルがもらえます。 近隣に居酒屋さんも多くて食事には困りません。

とにかく汚い。不衛生。　部屋の埃、古くなり使わなくなったコンセント等もそのままでカバーもなく剥き出しなまま。 　洗面も鏡の縁の錆も落とさずそのまま。洗面台も汚れがこびりついていて不衛生。 　置かれているモノ全てが古く触りたくない位に汚い。 　古いホテルだからと云うのはサービス業としては理由にはならない。客に快適にと云う配慮や新たに手が入った跡がなく、そもそも日々の清掃がいい加減だから埃だらけなのだ。年配の女性清掃員が大きな声で談笑しながら掃除していましたが。兎に角、今どき、ない位に酷い部屋でした。本当は星など一つもつけたくないレベルです。

少し更新は必要

プラトンホテルの朝食は四日市のビジネスホテルでは一番良いと思う。ただ、設備の老朽化はだいぶ来ている。特にＴＶ,小さく分厚い。あとは温水便座。昭和の頃のものだと思う。そろそろ更新の検討が必要。壁は綺麗になってた。公園側の部屋からの眺望は最高!スカイラウンジでのサービスも良い。

駅から近いので、居酒屋、レストランなどいっぱいある。部屋は喫煙室しか無かったので仕方なく泊まったが、タバコを吸わない自分には、少々キツかった。

Served my purposes

Stayed here over F1 weekend with a great price from hotels.com. Convenient to the Kintetsu station, a bit of a walk from the JR station (1-2km, rubbish footpath near JR so a bit difficult with suitcase). Neighbourhood is personified by the fact there is a "No solicitation" sign on the street outside, and certainly there were a few ladies of the night around when I went to the train station at 5am, but as in most places in Japan, I never felt unsafe walking around (solo female traveler). Numerous food and drink outlets nearby, hotel also has restaurants. Tiny rooms as per most business hotels in Japan, but served my purposes. Suzuka Circuit (Shiroko station) is about 15-30 mins by train, depending on local/expres/Ltd express.
