"It’s a great room to stay in. The night desk clerk was interesting to say the least. It felt creepy when we check in with the person. They seemed very interested in their phone and not customers."

"Staff was great very accommodating! We stayed 2 nights and after the first night’s stay housekeeping forgot to clean our room. To be fair, they did knock on our door before we left for the day and we told them we would be gone very shortly.. Upon arriving back later in the day, we discovered they do not clean our room. We spoke to the front desk and they sent someone immediately. In spite of the small mishap, we would still recommend this hotel"

"the perfect hotel! great staff. clean inside and out. within walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. comfy mattress. only wish breakfast was earlier - at least 6 am - because everyone wants to get to Yellowstone ASAP."

"Room was clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Free laundry was a bonus. Indoor pool and spa were enjoyable although one family was hogging the pool for half a day. Parking was a hassle during our late checkin. The AC in the room couldn't be adjusted. Restaurants and stores were at walking distance. Great location, right at the west entrance of the park. Overall a good stay."
