"Gostei muito, quarto amplo, cama confortável, aquecimento no quarto, quarto limpo, café da manhã 10/10, ainda flexibilizaram um pouco o horário dele pelo horário da saída do nosso ônibus do terminal terrestre de puno. Os funcionários também foram super atenciosos, fizeram uma surpresa super fofa para o nosso aniversário de namoro e nos auxiliaram com tudo o que precisamos, inclusive táxi para os passeios etc.

"The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main square. The family owners of this property are so friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is made to order not the typical stale buffet. We were stuck in the city all day and they allowed us to sit in the lobby and wait. We shared a pizza with the owner and wonderful conversation. The amazing staff more than makes up for the lack of amenities. "
