"We started staying here from July 2017 until covid. After the borders opened we went to Chiang Mai instead of Bangkok. After about 5 years since our last visit to Evergreen Place UHG we have noticed a decline in service, from the front desk, also the breakfast has declined since now there is no egg station. I found most on offer was cold and unappetising. On our latest trip we went and had street food locally and very cheap. I found most of the time now when we enter and leave the building there is a lack of door staff to assist, especially when trying to handle heavy luggage. The room cleaning staff are as usual awesome and do a great job. All in all we are disappointed with our latest stays. The main thing that keeps us coming back is location, location, location. Looking for similar accommodation in the area in the future. "
