"When my boyfriend and I arrived the room and bathroom were not cleaned at all. We complained at the reception and they gave us another room that was a bit better. The breakfast is not worth and the products lacks of quality. It’s not a good restaurant to western people. I don’t recommend this hotel and I felt regretted to trust only on the brand “holiday inn”"

"J'ai apprécié les machines à laver à disposition ainsi que les parapluies. Cependant les matelas était aussi dur qu'une planche de bois et les parois de la salle de bain ne sont pas vraiment opaque (ce qui est vraiment gênant quand on voyage entre amis) "

"チェックイン、チェックアウトのカウンターでの手続きは、とても簡単に素早く行われ、親切なスタッフが、とても良かったです。20年前から利用していますが、変わらぬ親切で丁寧、治安が良いので、長期滞在もお勧めします。室内には、複数の果物が無料サービスで準備されていて、とても快適に過ごせました。また行きたいです。ありがとうございました😊"

"I have been very disapointed by this youth hostel. I travelled over 80 countries in the World and the service was poor. I chekhed in at 2h30 pm, Left my lugages and came backdoor at 10h30 pm. It’s when I needed towel and toilet paper at 10h30 pm then at the reception they told me the youth hostel don’t furnish towel and toilet paper. It’s alright but at least tell the customer at the chekh-in not when the customer need it. I could have bought the article during the afternoon but not at 11 pm. "
