The front desk representative keep me waiting for more than 3 hours to get a room. I have booked a suite, and she said she will call me to let me know when the room is ready, I waited from 2:10 pm to 5:30 pm , she still has not called. When I check back with front desk again , I was told she has gone for the day, and the room is available and nobody was calling. That is the worse experience I have ever have.
