"This hotel is amazing. Very pricey but the property and service is impeccable. Orchids and La Mer are fantastic restaurants. Coconut Cake is a must. You have got to eat at Orchids for breakfast seaside at Waikiki. Bar service and drinks are unique and delicious. Every staff member down to the lawn guys were friendly, made eye contact, and said hello. Concierge is excellent. If you like high tea in the afternoon I highly recommend"

They have the performance at the bar every night, the beach is a few steps from your room, sitting in the restaurant in the hotel, you can see the ocean, the birds are singing and sometimes fly into the restaurant to say hello to you, the most important is the people who work there, they work so hard to make me and my husband to have the best anniversary we have ever had. Love this hotel!!!"

"A wonderful hotel with fantastic service from all the staff we encountered. Courtney assisted us at reception when we checked in. She was wonderful and so helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to Ala Moana shopping center. Great dim sum restaurant (Jade Dynasty Seafood Restaurant) located on the 4th floor at Ala Moana shopping center. "Beautiful hotel. Very close to everything we wanted to do, also the mall was 5mins from the hotel. There was a target, Walmart and Starbucks all in walking distance such as 5mins away. They have a shuttle service that would give rides to Waikiki beach which I thought was pretty awesome.. Don’t hesitate, book this hotel and you won’t regret. #Vacation #April26"

"My partner and I were in town for a convention and stayed at The Equus for a 8 nights. The building is a bit older/outdated, but everything was functional and clean. We had a lot of luggage - the staff was kind and accomodating helping us arrange deliveries, as well as help carry our boxes up the stairs to the elevator.
