"Clean room, shower a tad dirty but the breakfast was good"

"Standing water in hallways, was given pet friendly room that had a very strong urine smell. We were moved to another floor which was a cleaner option. "

No eggs, bacon, sausage...very disappointing. The juices were empty and not replenished when I was eating at 8. The bathroom had a major slow drain issue that required the use of a plunger for the tub. "

"Overnight stay took place during renovation work, so that affected how well the tidiness could be maintained. Rooms could benefit from some rehab. Would recommend adding a bottle of body wash to the existing bottles of shampoo and conditioner that are installed on the shower wall."

"This is my new favourite hotel as I journey from Canada to the southern states. It’s clean, the staff is so kind and helpful, and they serve the absolute best breakfast I’ve ever seen from a “breakfast included property”; Vanilla and/or chocolate pancakes, omelettes, bacon, sausage, amazing roasted potatoes, yoghurt, cereal bar, coffee station, juice station… all delicious. Such a comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. I can’t wait to come back."
