"Beautiful room and helpful staff. "

"We were a bit early checking but it was no problem. Parking is underground and free. Washer/dryers are shared between 2 apartments and are also free. Within walking distance of the main shopping and dining area as well as 4-mile beach and the pier. "

"Staff were brilliant food by the was sensational fried Barramundi wow. Room wasn’t cleaned a couple of times during our eight days stay but were given a voucher which was great. And room was cleaned straight after bought to there attention happy hour cocktails 3.30pm -5.30pm were great 14$ staff were great thought out our star pool brilliant. Be careful of the bugs when they bite you will have nasty sores for weeks bring repellent. All in all we had a great time."

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating when we wanted to move rooms to be next to our son. The rooms were v clean and the beds comfortable. The 2bed suite was very well equipped."

"By The Sea Port Douglas is a very friendly and excellent place to stay in Port Douglas. It’s location, right off 4 Mile Beach is very unique, and the staff, rooms and ambiance of the hotel made our stay there very enjoyable."
