"Wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreisen bzw. auf Erkundung gehen will, ist das Hotel etwas abgelegen. Aber sonst war unser Aufenthalt hier sehr schön. Die Hausherren sind absolut freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sehr gern wieder :-)"
"I should just have known to go right down Ritterstrasse, then it wouldn't even be necessary to ask at the reception. The underground parking lot is with charging for EV's (would have been nice to know). Check-in was fast despite landing on top of what seemed to be a Chinese youth orchestra. Really nice rooms with excellent beds and pillows (for my taste). Yes, there are trams outside, but barely noticeable, we all slept wonderfully. The kids missed pancakes at breakfast, but there was applause...

"Tolles Hotel mitten drin in Leipzig neben der alten Börse. Sehr freundliches Personal. Leider war das sehr gute Restaurant wieder mal geschlossen wegen "Sommerpause". Montags ist es ebenfalls immer geschlossen. Verstehe das Problem der Auslastung."
"Es wurde auf meinen Wunsch eingegangen. Alles war sauber und ordentlich, aber das sollte eine Selbstverständlichkeit sein, finde ich.
Mir persönlich war das Lichtkonzept zu wenig durchdacht. Es war zum Frühstück viel zu hell und strahlend. Ich würde das Licht gedämpfter halten, wenn ich meine Gäste zum Frühstück sehe.."
"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Laundry service at a good price. Clean facilities. I like that the washrooms were not in the sleeping area, they were just outside the door. Less noise for people in the dorm and more privacy for people using the washrooms. Clean and well stocked kitchen. Good location. "

For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was made to feel at home. P.S. Do not scrimp on the breakfast buffet."
