Victoria Inn Hotel and Convention Centre Winnipeg
Showed up at 3:15 to check in and was told to go away and come back in 30 minutes. Not a good first impression. The water pressure in the shower was non existent. The toilet ran the entire time we were there. The pool was out of commission for most of the time we were there once due to it being fouled ...
