Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington
The elevators are terrible. Had to wait 15 minutes on several occasions. Some members of staff in leading positions were absolutely terrible to their employees. Yelling at them, in public.

Hilton Garden Inn London Heathrow Terminal 2 and 3
Nice stay for an overnight connection for flights at either terminal 2 or 3. Easy to find after leaving airport customs.
