the best for privachilling and clean, luxury place

I enjoyed the moment that I stayed in the place. It is a private residential villa with staffs showing very nice hospitality. I stayed at the end of my vacation in Phuket and the place made me fully relaxed and refreshed thanks to its privacy and very clean rooms. The Wifi is fast and stable. Air conditioning with big ceiling fans is perfect to cool. The place is much bigger than you can imagine with the pics. I will visit again for my next vacation in Phuket.

Had a challenging time connecting with property prior to arrival. Best to WhatsApp. Upon arrival, I was informed of a $THB cash deposit. Since I was leaving back to the US after, I requested they charge my credit card instead. However was insistent it was cash. I provided $USD as deposit as that was all I had available and informed the staff that I was leaving early for checkout. Staff said it was fine. 1 hour before check out I look for staff and contact property staff lead and no response. They get back to me in the evening and ask for my bank information to issue deposit instead of issuing $ credit to original credit card transaction. This was overall a frustrating experience and does not feel authentic. do not recommend. The villa itself was okay- we get there and there are still items in fridge, sparse toiletries, and had sewer smell. The villa is far from main tourist activities (1-1.25 hr drive).

Toll geschnittene und auch gut ausgestattete Villen, die aber leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, und etwas Pflege benötigen würden (z.B kaputte Lampen, abfallende Türklinke, und viele weitere Kleinigkeiten). Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Reinigungspersonal. Pool könnte vielleicht öfters gereinigt werden (bei uns 1 Mal in zwei Wochen), da er durch Blätter der rundum stehenden Bepflanzung schnell schmutzig wird. TOPS und 7-Eleven sind in unmittelbarer nähe. Yanui Beach und Rawai Beach ebenfalls fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar.

Perfect stay at Yanui Beach Villas

We had a great time here, villa was very comfortable, the stuff was very nice and helpful. The nearest beach was really beautiful, few minutes far away. The villa has provide bicycles, so it was easy to explore the area. Clean, comfortable villa with pool was perfect for our four persons family. The neighbourhood is really calm, there is no big hotels and resorsts, perfect for rest. I highly recommend Yanui beach Villas. Anna

Fabulous modern villas

The villas are absolutely beautiful, nearly new and well maintained. They look exactly as they do in the photos. Possibly the most comfortable bed I have slept in anywhere. Excellent wifi. Almost faultless. Highly recommended.
