"Beautiful building. The room (twin) was exceptionally clean and comfortable with amazing views over the meticulously kept grounds, we had a great night's sleep 😴. Breakfast was fabulous and well stocked, delicious bacon and eggs. All staff were super friendly too. We will definitely be staying again on our next visit to IWM Duxford! Thank you 😁"

"Lovely room, clean and a homey feel to it. The bed is a superking size and super comfy!! Hosts were very friendly and helpful. We only had a light breakfast, which included lots of choices (cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit etc). We would definitely recommend Orchard house!"

"Loved the romantic room as the size was amazing. A quiet location with stunning views and we loved sitting there with a cuppa and relaxing. Easy parking. Bed was comfy. Clean bathroom. We appreciated the friendly reception and close walking distance to the park and ride. This made it an excellent location. "

"I am sorry to say that our stay was unexpectedly very bad. Even as we checked in the property was cold. There was NO HEATING and no HOT WATER. After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. It completely wrecked the evening which was the celebration of my wife's 70th Birthday. Our first night was a nightmare with no ability for us and our guests to have shower for two full days even after the boiler was fixed late evening on the second day. In the absence of the hot water, even the addition of the two stable rooms, my guests have we complained to me bitterly. 7 of us were elderly guests with health issues and a 2.5 year old baby, so you can imagine the risks we were subjected to. There were water leaks in two of the bathrooms. Wendy the site manager did her best to help. Took on personal responsibility to solve the issue, but in the absence of effective technical help, she wasn't able to resolve the issues. I demand a full refund of my payment as the basic nessecities were not provided, and we had no option to find suitable alternative accommodation for so many guests at such a short notice. "

"Needed three rooms for an overnight stay for a wedding reception. Rooms were clean and comfy. Free full English breakfast was very tasty. Dave was very welcoming and helpful, went above and beyond helping us with taxis when we were let down and struggling to book transport."
