"There is disgusting gross stuff on the ceiling. The thermostat on the wall is broken. The staff is extremely unfriendly at the front desk and very unaccommodating. They actually would not accommodate my service animals that are licensed they do not abide by ADA laws. I would not recommend this hotel ..."
