"Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice spa, pretty location, reasonable rates. I wish there had been a microwave or other means of heating food in my room because I really couldn't afford to eat in the restaurant. I received several texts from the Spa that were meant for someone else. I reported this over the phone and in person and staff had no idea how to correct the problem. I said clearly, "Look up the person scheduled on this date at this time for this treatment and eliminate my phone number, also figure out how to contact them so they get your messages." The staff member then wanted to give me a phone number I could call to try to fix this, and I said this is not my issue it's yours. That was just lame."
