"The AC didn't work the best, the lady never came up to look at it like she said she would. Didn't know that the pool was broke down til we checked in. The pool looked very gross. Breakfast was okay. I was standing there waiting to check out and the lady said "hang on, I'm putting in my coffee order ..."
