"Beautiful historic hotel. Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Restaurant served delicious food. Only issue was no bellhops available when we checked in at 7 pm. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but it was no too much of an issue even in July."
"We love how close it was from the national park and it was clean enough to come to the room and rest!
I will definitely stay or recommend for a friend to stay there if they visit Yellowstone National Park!
Thank you😊"
"Not enough Parking. Staff could not answer questions. They were pretty much " here is your keywords and room number is..."
Staff at breakfast was very nice. They have hot food. The servers fixed the plates as you went down the line.
Everything in this hotel needs updating. The hallway was reminiscent of The Shining. Room smelled a bit moldy. Beds were hard. 2 queen bed room was large.
Hotel felt safe. Need keycard to get inside. Did not use any amenities and dont know of any.
NO elevator."
"Place is 75 years old so it has a vintage cabin/Yellowstone feeling when you walk in. Mildly updated yet still retains it's theme. Breakfast was good except eggs were hard-boiled only. Choices were still very good and kid friendly. Pool was indoors and room was climate controlled with a sauna inside pool area room. Pool was colder than anticipated for indoor but it was enjoyable once acclimated. Washer and dryers were a plus and location was great to walk to get food, ice cream, or suveniours. Not far from Yellowstone West entrance!"
"It's a fun place to stay but the kids wished there was more playground equipment, all there was was a swinger. All of the workers there were very friendly."
"The lodge is on the edge of town and a close walk to many restaurants and stores. It has a front porch with several swings that you can sit and relax on. Our room was huge. It included a microwave and a fridge, and the lobby had coffee available. We stayed here as it is close to the western entrance to Yellowstone. The town has lots to do and the lodge is a perfect place for a family to stay while visiting."
