"There was no laundry, no breakfast, and the AC in the room wasn't working properly, until a staff member came in to fix it. I woke up to zero hot water, so I had an ice cold shower. I told staff and she said we will fix it next time. There will be no next time, thanks."

"While the hotel isn’t a five star, the experience was. Staff were helpful when we arrived a bit early with our baby in tow. Room was clean and air conditioning worked great for the hot weekend we enjoyed. Food at the cafe downstairs was great and staff were attentive to our dietary restrictions. Gluten free options VERY much appreciated. We would come back for sure. Thanks for a great stay. "

"We had a constant ringing in our room and could not get the tv working. No ice on our floor. The fellow that came to our room finally got the tv working but could not understand English. He could not get the remote working and didn’t know what I was asking about the ice machine. The mgr at the desk came up and could not fix the remote and didn’t understand about the constant ringing. He just shrugged and handed back the remote. Picture was distorted as well. The ringing Was way worse when tv...
