The owners are lovely and helpful in person and replied to our messages very quickly before we came. The accommodation is very clean and really cosy, dog friendly being a plus. "Such a lovely place to stay & perfect for a base to get in & out of Bath centre on the park & ride in Newbridge. Great sleep & best full English breakfast. First night we had dinner & dessert off the menu which was A*. However, after eating in Bath the second night we didn’t want much & had cheesy chips of the starter menu which were top notch. Staff were all really friendly & helpful. All been there for years! Highly recommend & we will go back."

"I have stayed here many times and have never had a problem. Staff are always super friendly and very welcoming. You get a real welcoming ‘local pub’ feel when you go in. The bar area is really cosy and the food is fantastic-large portions and a good choice on the menu. Sunday roast is great too!! Rooms are clean, comfortable and have everything you need. An excellent place to stay so I would highly recommend. "
