"Clean rooms, amazing staff very professional and helpful. The only thing that was annoying a bit was waiting for the elevator. The elevator is slow and had to opt going down the stairs instead of waiting. On the positive side it made me reach my steps goal faster😉. Location is very nice and the weather was perfect. "We have been coming to this hotel for 40 years twice a year. It is our second home. There is nothing we dont like about it apart from one thing, the beds are very hard and uncomfortable and with our mobility problems with our joints that is not good. Everything else is just perfect."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. I got there really early and they kept my luggage for me. The room was clean and comfortable, lots of pressure in the shower. Unfortunately packets of soap and shampoo instead of dispensers. Are hard to open when wet. Very convenient walking to the botanical garden, Gilbrafaro castle, the harbour, the old town and the bus station. "
