"We would definitely stay here again, just minutes from the ferry port, the staff were super friendly, room was comfortable, excellent shower, excellent breakfast too!"

"The room was lovely and clean, missing a shelf in the bathroom but otherwise in great condition. We found the mattress to be too hard but the room was quiet with a nice view from the window. Breakfast was nice and the dining room wasn't crowded, the only thing missing for us was fried eggs. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the ships and Gunwharf Quay shops, cheap/free parking was another bonus. We would return to this hotel."

"We stayed 2 nights, was very good , the staff was excellent very friendly. The spa , gym steam room swimming pool and jacuzzi which you need to pay £5 to get access to, was actually no bad honestly."

"Badly cracked washbasin and tiles around the bath. Bath taps corroded and spun due to being loose. Room was cold the radiator could not be turned on. Breakfast and staff excellent"

"We had a studio apartment - it was for one night only pre cruise - wish it had been longer. A very comfortable room With amenities. We also had the most delicious meal in the restaurant and if you are a hotel guest then you get 15% off the bill. There was water in the fridge and tea coffee on offer. Will deffo stay here again pre cruise!"
