"The hotel is conveniently located near the casino. However, the check-in experience was subpar. We booked a suite, but were given a studio room. Upon entering, we discovered there was no desk and sofa, unlike the description on the booking. We went to the lobby to change rooms, but were given another one. When we got to the room, our key card wouldn't open the door. We ended up changing rooms three times before finally completing the check-in process, which took 40 minutes. The next day, we waited almost half an hour for the plane to take us to the lobby to check out. We were very dissatisfied with our stay and hope the hotel can make improvements."

"Very nice hotel for the price. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location is perfect for exploring downtown Niagara falls."

"My bedding did have a few stains, desk chair was in horrible condition. Other than that fine."

"The staff is very rude we asked for plates and they said they do not have plates in the hotel after charging 200 a night. They send plastic fork spoons and glasses."
