"The pool is disgusting. Probably has been clean in years. Full of hair. The deck was full of hair. Took my kids swimming there when they got out they’re covered in hair of other people. Hotel room seem perfectly clean. Check in clerks were very kind. However, while we were there, it was very loud kids running around up and down the halls, despite the 11 PM quiet time. Sue and Dann were just amazing, not only considerate, as I have an food allergy and they went out of their way to accommodate it, but they gave us great recommendations to visit surrounding places which we would never have found, and really enhanced our visit.
