"Frühstück ok für diese Klasse. Aber bei vielen Gästen personal überfordert. Dringend mehr Professionalität in Service notwendig. Im Gewerbegebiet Parkgebühren zu kassieren ist schon leicht daneben…. Ansonsten ein refreshtes Novum Hotel, wobei es besser sanierte Garner Hotels gibt. Personal durchweg freundlich."

"Vi är ett par som stannade en natt. Vi tyckte personalen var väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam. Rummet var stort och fint, en rolig grej var att duschen är placerad i sovrummet - passande för par men kanske inte om man reser med familj och/eller med vänner. Frukosten var väldigt bra, även ett helt okej utbud för en vegan! Fräsch och varierad med lokala inslag. Mycket frukt! Ligger fint precis i början av Gamla stan och det blir en trevlig liten promenad bort till kanalerna. Parkeringen funkade...
