"Room was not ready on time due to large convention occuring at hotel the same day, so the reception offered to hold luggage and granted lounge access while we waited. However, no one was in the lounge (employee) when we arrived and there wasn't any direction on potential restroom available or other perks available in the lounge. While it was great that reception came up to lounge to hand out keycards once room was ready (only about 30 min wait) it was slightly disheartening to find out that...

"The shuttle only runs early morning and late afternoon and evening. No information for users who arrive outside those hours. We paid 40 euros for a taxi to the hotel...should have info for users accessing the hotel outside shuttle hours."

"We needed a place during the airport strike. This hotel is nearby the airport with a shuttle bus starting 06:00 am in the morning. Approximately 5-10 minutes ride to the airport. It’s a bit pricey for the standard and neighborhood but of course near the airport. Small room and toilet. Strange separation of the shower and toilet but everything worked fine. A bit of a walk to the small village center. Couple of nice restaurants down the strip and a supermarket. Nice restaurant inside the hotel...

"Excellent location, close to the Grand place and next to train station. Our room is too dark. Nice breakfast and free for kids. We're disappointed that staff won't help with our luggage at checkout "
