"Great hotel at great location with great service and breakfast 6 am to 10 am. I would stay at this hotel again if I’m ever back in Ulaanbaatar. Only issue was that person or company the hotel assigned to pick me up at the airport did not show up. I had to get a taxi (which cost me half of what the hotel had quoted but the hotel needs a more responsible transportation contractor). It was frustrating after a very long flight not to be picked up as expected and having to find someone to contact...
"Fantastisk hotel, ligger lige i centrum til alt.
Inden for gåafstand har du busser, caféer, museum, indkøbscentre osv osv
Hotellets kinesiske restaurant hører til top 3 i byen
Deres lobby ulmer af liv dagen lang og her serveres små retter, Afternoonte, drikkevarer og levende musik"

The hotel gave me a new room right away, but the new room had missing amenities like towels and soap and the running water was yellow (likely due to pipe rusting). The door was also not fully functional and...

"It is near a number of Embassies and consulting firms like KPMG or Deloitte, so quality of foreigners is somewhat better than other places with mostly English teachers or companies of mining/manufacturing/construction industries.
It has three restaurants downstairs and were mostly modest Mongolians who seemed to be from well educated/disciplined families.
There is a club-ish lounge for young people across the road but people were not loud or trashy around the entrance as I experience in US...
