I have stayed in many hotels around the world, but I genuinely felt compelled to write this email because the level of care and professionalism shown by your staff was truly exceptional.
My stay from 1st to 12th July was far from straightforward. I had four rooms booked through multiple agencies, made the bookings in stages, accidentally created duplicate reservations, cancelled and rebooked several times, and had to communicate with different booking platforms regarding refunds. It was a logistical nightmare, yet your team handled every single challenge with remarkable patience, kindness, and professionalism.
I would especially like to acknowledge Ms. Parry, your Relationship Manager. Shedealt with an extraordinary amount of confusion surrounding my bookings and never once made me feel like I was a burden. Shepatiently coordinated multiple reservations, assisted with cancellations, communicated with various booking agencies, and even supported my refund requests for duplicate bookings. Throughout it all, sheremained calm, reassuring, and incredibly efficient. Her customer service is genuinely world-class.
A very special thank you also goes to Nats, who worked tirelessly to finalise my accounts. She carefully reconciled multiple bills, organised receipts, applied discounts wherever appropriate, and ensured every financial detail was correct. also got my stuff fron my already checked out room + 2 gorgeous girls Dai and Pie who helped me day n nigh"
