"I stayed in Bangkok for 12 days on a solo vacation, I had a gold suite in building 2 right across the street from the main lobby. They were kind enough to give me the corner room by the elevator on the 7th floor. My overall Thailand experience was wonderful and the hotel & staff helped with that tremendously. Breakfast buffet located in building 1 was delicous with a lot of options that change daily. Daily housekeeping kept my room clean, bed made, and refilled the free water along with the much needed towels. Front desk people were always kind with greetings and getting the door for me. Security guy would help cross the busy street and hail grabs for me which was also very helpful. Concierge Tor was a great help for touristy stuff. The hotel offers packages and Tor is happy to help explain those and other options for seeing the sites, including booking a private driver who was very friendly, suggestive, and kind. From the moment I got there till the day I left, anything I asked for and the staff was more than happy to help."

"Hotel has some pro and cons. The hotel is beautifully designed, but the bedding is not the most comfortable compared to many 5 star resorts out there. They had a shuttle that takes customers to the BTS station, but it's better if you book one that is within walking distance to a BTS starion. Staff and service was great. Would not stay here again due to location. "

"This hotel is located in a great area of the city (Sukhumvit) which is vibrant, many shopping malls around walking distance, restaurants and very walkable. It has spacious rooms, if you are traveling with kids it's an excellent choice because it has a fun outdoor pool area for them. Spacious rooms, cleaned daily by house keeping staff. The only comment is that it is a bit far from touristic destinations such as Grand Palace, Wat Arun, Wat Pho, the river, Icon Siam. You will need to catch a Grab to get there and traffic can be an issue. However, metro station is pretty near if you want to go around in public transportation. Thanks to all the staff for a pleasant stay. They were welcoming and courteous during all our stay! "
