"We had a wonderful stay at the InterContinental Chiang Mai. The property is beautiful, combining elegant design with a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, very nicely appointed, and extremely comfortable. What truly made our stay special, however, was the service. The staff were exceptional: warm, attentive, genuinely welcoming, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our experience memorable. A beautiful property with outstanding hospitality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!"

"We (a family of four) enjoyed our stay here. First and foremost, the staff are wonderful. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The food we had at the hotel was excellent. The breakfast buffet has a vast array of food to choose from, and we often found that we could skip lunch after gorging ourselves at breakfast. Dinner at China House was delicious and, again, the staff there are great. If there's anything that could have improved our stay it would be to have had more space available at the pool. With a 10 year old and a 5 year old, the pool was a big attraction and, while the kids loved it. we found it very difficult to find a free lounger and especially one near the kids' pool from which we could monitor our children. This was a minor gripe, though, from what was overall a great experience. We will certainly stay again, next time we're visiting CNX."
