Dear Anonymous, thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry you found it difficult to find our General Reception, new places always require you to get your bearings. We have done our best to sign post the Reception and have a 3m x 1.5m Sign placed on the reception building itself on its frontage but appreciate you may not have been drawn to it. We have recently replaced all of our Hot water tanks in the Hotel to accommodate extra capacity so I cannot understand how you only had a warm shower, it may be that you were in a room further away from the tank requiring it to be put on for a minute or two before to draw the hot water through? You are correct in stating our two types of accommodation, they are clearly defined online and I do apologize if you were drawn to another conclusion. Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. I have to respectfully disagree with your opinion on our Hotel accommodation. We are constantly renewing our rooms and although some elements will always require updating the vast majority of the room is new. As an example the bathrooms were fully renovated just this year. With regards the breakfast we cater for all tastes and needs with a Hot Full English Buffet, Cereal selection, Fruits, Homemade Granola and Yogurt. We also take requests for Egg's if you would of prefer poached, an omelette or Porridge. So if something wasn't to your taste we could have ensured an enjoyable breakfast should a request have been made. Our check in staff are extremely efficient however when booking through a third party the paper is not our own and I can only apologize if there was an issue in the admin side of your booking.
