"Stayed one night at this relatively new hotel. It is very clean and well-maintained. Room was spacious and comfortable. It is pet-friendly and the cost was very reasonable. All staff we dealt with were excellent. Special shout out to Jacob and Aubrey at the front desk. The breakfast was excellent with choices including omelets, scrambled eggs, sausages, pancakes, bagels, etc. Coffee was pretty good. Parking is easy. There are my many good restaurants and a shopping mall within walking distance. Note that it is in east Windsor, but offers a much better experience than staying in west Windsor, closer to the border crossing. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Windsor."

"Was good, property under construction, working on renovating and updating the rooms, should be pretty nice once completed, good breakfast in the morning. Tv wasn’t working when I checked in, maintenance there right away and got working with in 10 minutes. Contractors working had unhooked the feed up on other floor. Was quick response and looked after."

"I left a specific item—a Figs scrub top—in the closet of my room. After failing to reach the hotel by phone, I diverted my route by 30 minutes to inquire in person. Despite my certainty regarding the item's location, the front desk staff refused to physically check the lost and found storage, citing only that it "wasn't in the system." The staff’s unwillingness to perform a manual search for a verified lost item demonstrates a lack of professional integrity and basic utility. If you value your property, do not stay here; the recovery process is non-existent"

"Very basic room. Floor was dirty, bed was ok. Did not have anyone available in the front desk. Had to call posted phone number and asked to share drivers licence picture over phone. Felt a little sketchy to do so. "
