Staff were absolutely lovely. Walls are thin though so it can be noisy from other guests. Water pressure is reslly bad - toilet doesn't flush properly, shower is very weak.

Great value!

We've stayed here twice now and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. The rooms are great for the price and the hotel is in a fantastic location just up from the village and surrounded by picturesque places to walk.

Room clean, a bit strange with the roof supports into the room with Mind Your Head stickers on. Personally we would have preferred a shower cubicle instead of shower over the bath. Breakfast was very good

Location is very good I have stayed 4 times at this hotel and this was the worst stay. no hot water very cold for the shower and the pressure of the shower was really poor. informed the staff who said they will take a look at it to which no change so on last day had to have a cold shower and and cold shave not good.

Hotel was clean. Staff very friendly. Hotel rooms extremely basic and boring. No pictures on walls, or any colour in the room. View from window was non existent as staring at a building roof immediately outside

Good value for money

Enjoyed our stopover here. Staff very pleasant. The room was value for what we paid. Lovely bedding and towels. Comfortable beds. Nice clean bathroom. Good over bath shower. Water nice and hot and good pressure. Nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room. Room temperature hot due to outside temperatures soaring. Just ask at reception for a fan if required.

Some of our rooms did smell musty / doggy . This was sorted immediately by lovely staff . We didn’t realise it was a dog friendly hotel . Not a problem at all but probably best to keep certain rooms just for the doggies and others for others guests . The staff were soo friendly and lovely and nothing was too much trouble

Awful hotel

The worst hotel we have ebet stayed on snd definitely not what you expect from a best western. Noisy, dirty and horrendous beds. Room nothing like advertised. Left early.
