A magical place to stay. My husband and I really enjoyed out night there. The staff was very attentive. Super clean and modern. A very special resort in the middle of the desert.

Absolutly perfect. Super clean, fantastic food, everyone very friendy. 100% recommended. Would stay 2 or 3 nights.

Everything was great. Staff were fantastic in their service especially Abdelrazik, Ghofran, Bilal and Jamaica. Each in their own way.

Was absolutely amazing! Yaser helped book us to scuba, got our photos back from the organiser and even gave us early check in.

Service , facilities, location all excellent

Great hotel with fantastic facilities. Hard to fault. The beach is lovely and the lagoon was a nice surprise. Pretty much had the hotel to ourselves during Ramadan, but service continued as usual (incl. drinks).

The place is amazing , joyful , pools and sea , clean . Night life is great , also it's very safr to leave your belongings by the beach. The staff if very smiley and helpful, Nancy at the reception was so flriendly and welcoming Place is nice for both couples and families

The hotel was amazing, from the staff to the food the rooms, cleanliness the beach

Great location. Shops and beach in walking distance. Beds very comfortable and good breakfast provided.

The sea was partly visible from our room and the back up staff service was above par. Breakfast was very good. Good location and decent 5 star hotel. Will stay here again.

The food was excellent, and the staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and professional — especially Ega from the restaurant and Maryam at reception. I would also like to highlight Star Tabarak, who works in the PlayStation area. My kids absolutely fell in love with her — she is truly magnificent, knowledgeable, and caring.

Everything was perfect, and thank you Raed for your valuable advice and for organizing unforgettable trips for us. Your efforts and attention to detail made every moment special. We truly appreciate all that you do!

A wonderful Oasis to arrive at. Balcony, clean comfy rooms and larger room size. Outstanding service from staff - plan to head back soon
