"This was our second stay at the NH Collection Flower Marker Amsterdam and we couldn’t be more delighted. The staff were very accomodating on check in and our Junior Suite provided the space and facilities we needed to recover from a long flight. The location is very convenient with close access to public transport to get around the city. Will definitely book here again on our next visit to Amsterdam."

"Staff were very friendly. They were unable to give good suggestions for the area regarding food options accommodating food sensitivities. The room was less than adequate with showering being a big problem - low to almost nonexistent water pressure - seemingly competing with other rooms for water pressure. The bathtub was non-operational. Got some excuse regarding the timing of the problem but when we booked it was advertised as having a functioning tub! No accommodation given for the tub problem."

"The WiFi doesn’t seem to work. A very helpful young man at the front desk helped me. He opened Data so I could get email and texts. That’s through the phone, which is not the same as WiFi. The shower door needed new rubber around it to keep water from flooding the bathroom. Desk staff was happy that was reported. "

"We had an absolutely fabulous time at the Jan Luyken! location was so convenient to the museums and an easy walk/bike ride to central Amsterdam. We enjoyed the breakfast and coffee every morning, as well as being able to fill up water bottles (still or sparkling!), the complimentary beverages, and the incredibly delightful and helpful staff. Our room was very comfortable - the bed was perhaps the most comfortable I've slept in (including ours at home!), and the bathrooms were extremely roomy with modern updates. I will absolutely be recommending the Jan Luyken to friends and family thinking of visiting Amsterdam!"

"Other than the location of the place, nothing else was good. And don’t get fooled into the 9€ breakfast. This is a good location where you can take the 9€ and put it towards a place and get much better food for breakfast or cafe!"

"checked out within 10 minutes of arrival because this property is a health and safety hazard. The room was covered in significant mould (walls and windows), and the flooring was filthy and untidy. The stairs are dangerously steep and lack basic safety features, making them a serious risk. To make matters worse, the bathroom door was broken and would not close, and there were no blinds or curtains on the windows, leaving zero privacy from the street. I did not use any facilities and left immediately. Avoid this place if you value your health and safety."
