Breakfast was very good, restaurant was excellent and Giuseppe, running the bar and in the restaurant,was engaging and a real delight. Included timely airport transportation was indispensable. Will DEFINITELY return to this hotel when back in Venice!"

"The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were helpfull. The battery on our door lock died, but they fixed it very quickly. We were able to check in early for a fee of $15 euro or 6 Euro to hold our luggage. Would have been happier if it was complimentary, but i get it. Overall great location."

"Nasty little man one morning at the desk. Older, sour. The rest of th time front was staffed by helpful professionals. Property is very old but well maintained. PLease note: the Amadeus is right on the main drag from the train station. These is howver, a nice little garden at the enter of the property. Very convenient if you're using Venice S. Maria station."
