"Repairs to lavatory faucet need to be made A/C thermostat was not functioning properly - would display “err” Light from hallway could be seen around the door Door didn’t fit snug enough not to rattle when exterior door was opened. Beds were very comfortable Employees were very nice & helpful Parking was good Room was clean. Being a “handicap” room it should have a taller commode. Water pressure was terrible & water faucet difficult to regulate hot/cold"

"Nice facilities and warm staff. The breakfast and light dinner were sufficient for full meals for both me and my 8 year old. Loved the indoor/ outdoor pool and overall a nice atmosphere. Conveniently located to many attractions, a short drive from downtown Birmingham and world class shopping close by. Would definitely stay here again."
