Fint gammel hotel. Det eneste, som var kritisabelt, var badeværelset. Der manglede simpelthen en måtte i bruseren og på badeværelsets gulv, idet det var utrolig glat efter bad.

Hotel is situated centrally in Vilnius next to Old Town and is in a period property around a pleasant quiet courtyard. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Lovely hotel that I would be happy to recommend.

Charged for using the pool
The hotel description does not specify they charge an overpriced fee of 35 EUR per hour for using the pool, even though they show it in the pictures, as I would say, as misleading information. The person at the counter was not helpful, just coldly mentioning that we would have to pay despite showing her the hotel description. Aside from that, the hotel needs some renovation, although it has a great location. The other staff members were helpful and kind. I would not book here again, though.

It is good location of hotel, friendly staff. My room was very hot, conditioner was broken, all day and night needed to stay with open window, just to get some fresh air, but was very noisy. Floor carpet was unpleasant smelly. I had asked to change the room, but they did not have any free. Asked for discount then, receptionist offeted me ten euros... :) We were tired after airplane journey and there was no rest in hot smelly and noisy room. Next night we moved to another hotel.

Book at your own risk
The front desk needs to be trained. I am a Gold member and was entitled for a 2 hour late check-out but I had a long discussion with the front desk about this. If your room is by the road, you will definitely hear the cars. There were ants in the toilet.

Hyggeligt hotel
Rigtig fint beliggende hotel centralt i Vilnius. Venligt og imødekommende personale. Værelserne er lidt små, men pæne og rene. Der er badekar på værelset. Der er dagligt rengøring. Der er en smule lydt, vi boede på 1. Sal og kunne hører folk over os trampe hårdt rundt på gulvet, samt døre der smækkede hårdt i mv., men fint ro om natten. Vi spiste en aften på den restaurant der ligger på samme adresse og det var ganske udemærket.

Everything was great at this hotel.. amazing staff that is friendly and makes customers feel welcome.The room was spacious and clean. Walking distance to everything downtown.

Absolutely great place to stay and cannot recommend enough. It was secluded, yet close to everything. The Old Town is literally around the corner. The rooms are great, beds are comfy and almost all of the staff speaks English, which is not always a given in the Baltic regions. Can definitely recommend! However, there is no elevator, which might be a problem for some travelers carrying heavy bags.

Vinder på beliggenhed, meeen….
Super beliggenhed, manglende service i forbindelse med brug af roomservice, hvor det ikke var muligt at få en øl og det virkede som om vi var til besvær ved at benytte denne service. Poolen kan kun benyttes mod betaling, hvor man så har hele pool området for sig selv- vi var ikke klar over at det kostede noget et benytte poolen. Toiletbrættet var løst da vi kom og der var ikke nok varmt vand til at fylde badekaret op.

Great place
Beautiful old hotel which has been refurbished beautifully. Very kind staff. The restaurant is amazing! Try their steaks- they are top class and cheap. Only down points were we didn’t get a room with a view as we booked.

Nice, central, average - good value for money
Was a nice stay. Fairly central location. Room average and ok for price. Service very good and very quick to reply. Only negative thing was that room was a little loud and room cleaning never came but otherwise nice stay.

Stayed for a pre Christmas trip to Vilnius. This was the third or fourth time we have stayed in this hotel, always been great and a perfect location.

very disappointing - not a 4 star hotel
Even though I paid online for the room already, while check-in the front desk asked me to pay the outstanding amount, which I didn't. The problem was resolved the next day when another person at the front desk was taking a look. The towels had a huge stain on it as well as on the bed cover. It's definitely not up to a 4 star standard. Moreover, I was freezing for both nights. The heater in the room is super small and not sufficient for the room since also the walls and windows are not insulated, the heat just escaped rapidly. Even asking for an additional heater on the second day didn't help much. I had already put on multiple layers of clothes and it just was unbearable. My room was additionally onto the street, making it very loud. Overall, I definitely can not recommend this hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. Rooms are charming with an older style, but bathroom was very spacious and modern. We have a service dog and there is a nice park just across the street for taking the dog out in the morning/evenings. Parking in the hotel is tricky as it's a bit of a dangerous turn to get in/out of the hotel courtyard, but we got the hang of it quick (and you can otherwise park just across the street).

Agreable sejour dans cet hotel
J'ai sejourne 4 nuits dans cet hotel tres bien situe dans Vilnius, au pied de la vieille vielle ville et a proximite de la ville plus moderne. Le parking dans l'enceinte de l'hotel est tres pratique.

Vrij centraal tov de oude binnenstad
Het hotel is gelegen net in of tegen de het centrum van Vilnius, een uitstekend punt om vanuit hier de oude binnenstad te ontdekken. Het personeel was vriendelijk. Mijn "luxe" kamer, deze was ruim, maar naar mijn ervaring niet luxe. Het diner kon ivm corona op de kamers worden geserveerd. Het ontbijt zat in een doosjes, zeer basic, een broodje, flesje water en een appel. De koffie heb ik na een slok laten staan, dat was een budget oploskoffie gebrouwen. Dit staat niet in verhouding met het hotel.
