Horrible experience with property and app!!!

This property its NOT in bussines and your app keep taking reservations. The new owners said theres nothing they can do the hotel been closed for 2 months already. They let us stay at our own risk, paying cash and with no kind of service at all, but what can we do if theres where no place to stay and ur help center didnt help me when i ask for!!!

This was such a hole of a hotel. Shame on orbitz for marketing it as a 3-star with pictures that must be a decade old. It was barely a 1 star hotel, filthy and extremely run-down.

Worst hotel ever

This hotel is terrible. There was mold on the ceilings, risty door handles, no one was there to check us in, there were spiders in the bed and ROACHES everywhere. In addition, the pool didnt have water in it, but a couple gallons of mud and leaves. DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely NOT worth the priced $140.

I booked ocean view room. I have a big platform facing the bay, excellent view. The room and facilities are shabby. Their staff are not always on site. I have to call the number on the office wall to reach out.

Una experiencia triste.

Bueno... comento que el personal fue muy amable. Me hospede en un momento que no se sabia si las lanchas iban a llegar a Vieques, y el personal siempre me brindó información, muy atentos. Pero al llegar las instalaciones estaban precarias, en un estado reprobable... creo q eramos los únicos y ya supe el pq.

There was smoke coming out of the electric outlet , the bathroom was nasty and the beds, the sink was clogged, the room had a humid smell. We reported to the front but they didn’t do anything and we didn’t say anything else because anyways it was just one night. The only good thing is the location.
